My name is Begayim.
In Kyrgyz, "Beg" means powerful, and "Ayim" means woman—together, it translates to empress, queen. My ancestors played a significant role in shaping my country’s history, and I intend to do the same—this time, through design, creativity, and bold ideas.
I’m a graphic designer currently navigating my second year at the University of Hertfordshire, where I sharpen my skills in Branding and Advertising, drink an unreasonable amount of coffee, and occasionally question my life choices (but only briefly—because I’m too determined for that).
Born and raised in Kyrgyzstan, I carry a huge luggage (not baggage—too basic) of ambitions, goals, and probably an excessive number of Adobe shortcuts in my brain. I have a visionary mindset, a competitive spirit, and an undying curiosity that keeps me constantly learning—whether it’s design, life, or how to become a billionaire in both spiritual and material ways.
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me chasing adrenaline through skiing, horse riding, and kickboxing (because why settle for one extreme sport?). I also love traveling, reading, drawing, and nerding out over anything new—whether it’s typography trends or the meaning of life.
As a designer, I balance between minimalism and boldness, always ensuring my work evokes emotions and tells a story. I thrive on challenges, feedback, and the occasional creative meltdown (which I always bounce back from—resilience is key).
Technical skills? I’ve got them. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Dimension, XD, CorelDraw.
With a mix of sunshine, strict deadlines, and just the right amount of creative chaos, I’m always exploring new ways to push boundaries and bring ideas to life.
