“The Rise of Pirate Radio” is a 24-page booklet based on an article from the Subculture Archive, exploring the emergence of pirate radio in the UK. The aim is to create a visually engaging and informative booklet by blending typography, layout, and composition. I sought to capture the essence of pirate radio — its rebellious spirit, grassroots authenticity, and vibrant DIY culture, through design, emphasizing how it became a platform for music and expression outside the mainstream media.
